As Charles at LGF says, perhaps it would be easier if a list of things not found offensive was published.
Albanian "liberal" Muslims are offended by the suggestion of a statue to Mother Theresa.
Muslims are offended by the word "Muslim". No really, I'm not making this one up!
Muslims are offended by the Koran being placed anywhere but the topshelf of a book store.

I would out the Quran on the top shelf on the highest bookshelf the world has ever seen accessable by ladder only. The shortest ladder the world has ever seen.
