Got this video via the Maximuscle email newsletter- the most incredible display of human prowess I think I've ever scene. The feats these guys are capable of are just amazing. An awesome demonstration of pure talent and breathtaking fitness. They are Team Ryouko, an extreme martial arts performance team.
