Not only is the US government spending taxpayers' money investigating drunken gay sex in Argentina, they are also using your money to counsel Chinese prostitutes on their drinking habits.
The National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAA), a part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), will pay $2.6 million in U.S. tax dollars to train Chinese prostitutes to drink responsibly on the job.
Quite why the government thinks it's their business to spend American dollars on Argentinian drunken gay sex and Chinese drunken prostitution is beyond me.
Incredible- you wouldn't think that the US was in the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression to see how Washington is spending your money right now.
Perhaps Obama needs to have another "line by line" look at just what the NIH is spending US tax dollars on.
