This is beyond ridiculous- the US State Department is considering siding with terrorists over the relatives of their murdered American victims.

I'm frankly astonished that they haven't flat out stated their complete and unqualified support for the American families bereaved by genocidal terrorists.
Just what the heck has the world come to when the US State Department has to think deeply over whether to support murderous terrorists or American families?
