Change you can believe in- Obama has an idea of how to change your behaviour, and he's going to do it by increasing costs by using "price signals". That's higher taxes and punishing fees aimed at companies- fees he knows they will pass on to ordinary Americans. In short, he's going to raise your electricity bills- and the cost of anything else he doesn't think you should be using.
