Obama will call on citizens of all ages to serve America, by developing a plan to require 50 hours of community service in middle school and high school and 100 hours of community service in college every year.
Yep, you get to do 50 hours of mandatory unpaid work every year, rising to 100 hours during college. So put away those books and forget about earning some cash to pay your bills! Obama has more important plans for you.
