Lawyers and judges tend to have a pretty bad reputation as a whole- and when you hear this story, nothing about that will change. Well, you might hold some of them in even lower regard.
A judge has acquitted a man of using the internet to entice a child to have sex because the defendant's lawyer argued that the person being enticed wasn't an actual child- it was a undercover deputy pretending to be a minor.
