As I've reported before the Israeli pull out in Gaza could lead to a new safe haven for Al Qaeda to operate in. Could we be looking at a military intervention there in a few years?
Yet more links between Islamofascists and neo-nazis, this time in Europe. While it sounds an odd alliance the roots of this sort of co-operation can be traced right back to Nazi Germany and the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem. There were of course Islamic units fighting as part of the SS in World War 2. I posted on those some time ago.
CAIR leaps into action to condemn the actions of a lone Israeli (he murdered four Arabs on a bus) but as Robert Spencer points out, their "rush to condemn this isolated incident only underscores their curious silence after the great majority of Islamic terror attacks."
Again on the topic of Robert Spencer there seems to be a gradual shift in thinking about the threat of Islamic terrorism. The 7/7 attacks seem to have woken some people up from the slumber they fell back into after the sharp wake-up of 9/11.
Update- Nearly forgot this one.
When the Free Muslims Against Terror held an anti-teror rally in the US only a dozen or so people turned up. After issuing a fatwa forbidding the liberalization of Islam in Indonesia, thousands of Muslims desecended on the mosque to voice their support for the measure. The fatwas included the following-
"a prohibition of secularism and pluralism, which consider all religions as being equally valid and having relative truths."
