I'm not one for diets of any description whatsoever, I merely try to cut down on junk food when I'm trying to lose weight. This woman however, went another route and created a 'backwards diet' in which she eats dinner for breakfast and breakfast at dinner time. By this method she has gone from a size 22 to a size 1. Those figures are pretty meaningless to me but it works out at 172 lbs and is mighty impressive. She has also kept all that weight off for five years.
One curious thing about her diet is that for breakfast she usually eats oatmeal with shredded wheat in orange juice instead of milk. This might work for her but that sounds like it would be enough to make me sick. Gah!
