Okay, this is an odd one- to protect a rare fox found only on this one island, conservationists are going to slaughter 3,000 pigs on said island. Seems the pig population has only existed there since the 1850s and it's not cute and fluffy so it can kiss its ass goodbye. Another group of animal rights types, however, is trying to protect the pigs.
Foxes or pigs? I'd say that there's good hunting to be done with both. Or maybe man could keep out of it and let, you know, nature decide.
